Nathan Little is a strategic communicator and engagement lead with over 20 years’ experience across government, business and the arts. He helps organisations shape the message, align stakeholders, and deliver communications that support public programs, partnerships and policy outcomes.
Nathan has led strategy and delivery for regional university campuses, cross-sector summits, ministerial briefings and precinct-based initiatives — working closely with local councils, state government, industry, and education partners to build alignment around investment, infrastructure and workforce priorities.
He has coordinated high-profile public events, developed communications campaigns for complex reforms, and managed content across digital, print and live environments. His work includes messaging frameworks, video and visual content, signage, speeches, stakeholder engagement collateral, and performance reporting.
Previously, Nathan held creative leadership roles at Telstra and Belong, where he led award-winning campaigns such as “Carbon Thumbprint” (Cannes Bronze Lion, 2021) and “Love Song to the Internet” (Siren Awards, 2022). He has produced content and strategy for national policy initiatives, government departments, major infrastructure projects, and public-facing services.
Nathan’s early career in broadcast media, arts and cultural storytelling laid the foundation for his work in public communication. His creative work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and his content has appeared on ABC, Channel 9, Nova FM, SBS, and KIIS.
Nathan is of Samoan and Scottish heritage — and yes, his family wears skirts.
