When Dolly Diamond called me one day to say she wanted to do Shrek The Traffic Light Musical in Ringwood I jumped at the chance. She had been asked to promote the Ringwood Spiegltent for Maroondah City Council needed a videographer, editor and director. She brought Ringwood High School onto the project who were doing the musical that year for school.
We improvised the entire shoot, making up a storyline and writing all the jokes in the moment. It was absolutely hilarious fun. No one knew what was happening and the people of Ringwood absolutely loved it.... mostly! Watch the video and see!
Execution
The project was shot on the Canon 7D DSLR and the DJI Osmo Gimbal. It was edited on Final Cut Pro X.
